I really like fish ....... in any form. I like Easter just as much. I combined them with olives and fresh tomato sauce, with a basil powder and a drizzle of olive oil. Delicious....
- 200 g of fusilli paste
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- 1 cup fresh tomato sauce
- black olives
- 1 small onion
- olive oil
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Tuna and olive pasta:
Put a pot of salted water to boil. When it boils, add the pasta and boil for the time indicated on the package.
Finely chop the onion or grate it. Put to harden in a little olive oil. Add the drained oil, the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and basil and simmer until a sauce is formed.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and add over the sauce.
Serve immediately, possibly with grated cheese on top.
