Cheesecake with apricots

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Mix the cheese well, or crush it with a fork

Add the rest of the ingredients: yogurt, sugar, eggs, semolina -2 tablespoons, lemon peel, cinnamon and cocoa and mix well.

In a tray lined with paper (I used a round tray with a diameter of 24 cm) sprinkle a tablespoon of semolina and put half apricots next to each other until we cover the entire surface.

Pour the composition over it, level it and put it in the oven over a constant heat for 1 hour.

Let it cool, turn it over from the baking tray so that we have the apricots on top and serve cold.
