Candy Rafaello

With just a few ingredients and no baking, I recommend you try these delicacies at least from time to time.

  • 200 g extra coconut plus for the outdoors
  • 200 g milk powder
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • juice from half a lemon
  • roasted, unsalted hazelnuts

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Rafaello candies:

Put the butter and sugar in a bowl over low heat until they are completely melted.

When the sugar and butter have melted, turn off the heat and add the powdered milk, coconut and lemon juice, stirring until completely incorporated. Form balls of the desired size (I made them like a walnut) and push a hazelnut in the center and then roll through the coconut. You can also add a little wafer crumbled in the dough for a more crunchy consistency.

Do this until you have exhausted the entire composition. You can serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
