Washed and portioned meat, put in the steak tray, season, add a few sprigs of green parsley, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 glass of water (200-250 ml), cover with aluminum foil and put in the preheated oven for 50 minutes (half the time we turn the meat). The meat is cooked when the fork enters easily. Take the foil and leave the meat in the oven for another 10 minutes to brown. Serve with baked potato garnishes (puree, rice) and fresh cucumber salad. After placing the steak and potatoes on the plate, garnish with green sprigs, chopped greens, garlic (1 finely chopped puppy), rose made from apple peel.
