Tuna pasta

I thought that after so many holiday goodies, which we are already tired of, there would be a pasta salad with tuna, well seasoned with lemon, light and very good !!

  • 400 g spiral paste
  • 2 cans of crushed tuna in oil
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 small box of corn
  • 150 g cheese
  • 150 g black olives
  • salt and lemon to taste

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Tuna pasta:

Put the pasta to boil, according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the pepper and cheese into cubes, add the corn, the olives cut into pieces and the tuna drained well of oil. Drain the pasta after it has boiled and let it cool for a few minutes, then add it over the other ingredients. At the end we put boiled eggs on the small grater, add salt and lemon to taste, mix everything and enjoy !!


Pasta with tuna and cream

It takes us about 15, come on, 20 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 200 g pasta, I used whole fusilli
  • 100 g preserved tuna
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 3 teaspoons capers rinsed in a stream of water and then drained
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • salt, pepper, preferably white
  • fresh parsley
  • leaves from 2 green onions

Put boiling water in a pot of about 2-3 liters. On high heat. When the water boils, put the pasta. We boil them according to the instructions on the package. Because mine were whole, it took them about 10 minutes.

While the pasta is boiling, heat a frying pan or saucepan. I use a high non-stick pan. We put 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. We're waiting for it to heat up.

Chop an onion and put it in the pan to harden. With a pinch of salt.

We crush the garlic cloves, then we grind them and put them to harden in the pan.

Drain the oil, if it was canned in the oil. We put it in the pan and break it into smaller pieces.

Immediately, wash 3 teaspoons of capers, drain them well and put them in the pan.

Stir and leave for 1-2 minutes.

It is the moment of glory of the cream.

Mix it with the ingredients in the pan and leave it on the fire until it heats up, no more.

Drain the pasta or take it out of the pot with a whisk. Put them over the sauce and mix.

Do not throw away the water in which they boiled. If the pasta absorbs too much sauce, add a few tablespoons of water in which the pasta was boiled. I put about 3 tablespoons.

Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Chop a small handful of fresh parsley leaves and green onion leaves.


Pasta with tuna and tomato sauce

METHOD OF PREPARATION

For starters, bring the pasta to a boil.

While it is boiling, chop the onion and garlic and put them in a frying pan in the oil drained from the canned tuna. Over the hardened onion and garlic, add the box of mashed tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. After the time has elapsed, add the basil and let it simmer for another 10 minutes, until the contents of the pan decrease. Season with salt and pepper and add over the sauce in the pan and the chopped tuna. Leave the ingredients on the fire for another 4-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, remove the pasta from the boil and drain in a colander. When the sauce is ready, pour it over the pasta and incorporate it into them.


Tuna pasta - Recipes

Meanwhile, fry the garlic in butter with a little pepper. Stir a little to soften and flavor the butter. Then add the corn and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Followed by cooked pasta and tuna. Mix well and remove from the heat.

Serve the pasta hot, seasoned with white pepper and sprinkled with lemon juice.

Drain the pasta and mix them in the pan with the prepared sauce. We eat hot pasta.
