We put the onion through the small grater and drain it well.

We mix the yolks with the pate, with 2 tablespoons of sour cream, spices to taste and onion lightly melted in melted butter.

We fill the egg whites with the obtained paste.

In a tray / tray, add mayonnaise mixed with sour cream and salt if desired, add eggs with the filling down, let cool 30 minutes before serving.

Decorate with parsley and paprika.
