    Beat the whipped cream and put it aside in the fridge. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks on a steam bath with 5 tablespoons of sugar until thickened. Whisk the egg whites with the remaining 5 tablespoons of sugar then incorporate into the cooled egg yolk cream, stirring from the bottom up, then mix with the whipped cream. The composition is divided into three equal parts. In one of them add vanilla essence, in the other put sifted cocoa and rum essence, and in the next add blueberry jam (2-3 tablespoons). Pour the ice cream into plastic boxes with lids and put it in the freezer. When serving, decorate to your liking.


    Recipe for preparing papanas with sour cream and cranberry jam

    Method of preparation:
    In a bowl, mix the cheese with the eggs, salt, sugar and baking powder. Gradually mix the flour. The amount of flour can vary depending on the type of flour, the size of the eggs and the type of ricotta. I got 200 g of flour. The dough obtained must be soft but manageable.

    From the mentioned quantities, 5 papanasi are obtained. Therefore, divide the dough once in 5. To get each ring, I portioned every fifth of the dough as follows:
    * half for the base ring
    * 2/3 of the second half for the middle ring
    * 1/3 of the second half for "word "

    After portioning, I shaped the rings by hand (the consistency of the dough allows this without problems). I guess if I had used the dedicated utensils they would have turned out more beautiful, but I still don't have a very equipped kitchen. :)

    Fry in hot oil. If the oil is overheated, there is a risk that the papanas will burn on the outside and remain raw on the inside. Therefore, keep the fire to the environment.

    After frying, assemble each papanas, put 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of jam and eat warm.
    I used ricotta because I couldn't find the cottage cheese.
