Mix with 2 cups white flour

Ingredient:
& # 8211 1 kg chicken wings
& # 8211 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
& # 8211 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
& # 8211 3 tablespoons barbeque sauce
& # 8211 2 tablespoons chili sauce
& # 8211 3 teaspoons spices for chicken barbeque

First and foremost we wash the wings well and cut their corners. Then mix all the ingredients for the marinade, put the wings in a zippered bag, pour over the marinade and turn the bag on all sides, so that the wings are completely covered with sauce. We let the bag cool for 3 hours, then we fry the wings & # 8220 on the lid & # 8221, respectively we fill a pan up to half with water, we put the lid on it but vice versa, with the handle down. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil on the lid and place the wings. Pour the remaining sauce in the bag over them and bake them for 30 minutes, in the oven heated to 200 degrees. After the first 15 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and turn the wings so that they brown evenly.

We clean the fins of any flake residue (if necessary we can use the flame from the stove). We wash them under running cold water and cut them in half.We put them in a bowl where we add the spices: salt, pepper, paprika, oil, hot pepper cut into small cubes, honey and mix well.We leave them for a few hours to marinate (minimum 2 hours) or overnight.We put them in a tray (I use yena) and put them in the preheated oven at 230 degrees. There is no need to add water or oil because the wings leave their fat. Meanwhile, boil the peas in a saucepan for about 10 minutes.After it has boiled, drain the water with a strainer.Over the peas add the butter with a little salt.We pass everything with a blender.Add milk, little by little and continue to pass until you get the desired consistency.After 30 minutes, turn the wings to the other side to brown.Leave them for another 25 minutes until they turn brown on the other side as well. It can be served with yogurt sauce with garlic, tomato sauce, assorted salad, cabbage, pickles, etc.

Maybe you've heard of the term comfort food, which means, in a free translation and cannot be exact, comforting food. A food that is a relief, but which is not the healthiest. Buffalo wings, a typical American gastronomic invention, are one such food.

The wings should be crispy, spicy and fragrant. The specific spiciness and aroma will come from Buffalo sauce (see step 1), which is a quick and easy to make sauce. I go great with french fries or a good movie. Tip: if you serve the wings with potatoes, you'd better sprinkle them with a little sauce.

You need: chicken wings, Buffalo sauce (if you don't take it from the store, see step 1), flour and vegetable oil (for frying). Tools: frying pan or container for frying in oil, bowl for flour, tongs, kitchen towels, flat plate, baking tray and parchment paper.

1. Prepare the Buffalo sauce: mix in a small bowl the chopped hot peppers (preferably cayenne), melted butter and vinegar. You can play with the quantities to get various levels of speed. It is not uncommon to add other ingredients to such a sauce, garlic and / or Worchester sauce, for example.

2. Roll the wings well through the flour and heat the oven to 200ºC.

3. Fill the frying pan with oil. Put about 3 fingers. Anyway, you want the fins to be completely covered with oil. Let the oil heat up at the right fire.

4. Place the wings in the hot oil one by one. Place them next to each other on one level, without putting them on top. If not all of them fit, fry them in several series. A batch of browned and crispy wings should be ready in about 10 minutes.

5. Drain transferring the oil fins to a large plate lined with kitchen towels.

6. Grease them with the sauce fast. Be sure to cover them completely with sauce.

7. Pass them in the tray lined with baking paper and put them in the oven 8-10 minutes or until the sauce is absorbed.
