Mix all the ingredients, incorporate with the flour until you make a dough that is neither too soft nor too hard just enough to spread it and not stick when you spread it.
Leave to cool for 1 hour.
Press with flour and spread a large sheet as for an oven tray, grease with a brush or cloth depending on what you use beaten egg all over the surface to catch, poppy / cumin / sesame.

Prepare a tray and baking paper, place the saltines and then put them in the oven on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
