Hunter chicken legs

I saw cacciatore chicken recipes from several chefs..Mittinita (Adina) and Sidy now come to mind..the thighs I cooked are adapted to our taste but I thank them all for the idea.

  • 4-5 chicken legs
  • 5-6 cloves (teeth) of garlic
  • a smaller white onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • a box of canned mushrooms (240gr)
  • 30ml white wine
  • half a teaspoon of paprika
  • salt pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil
  • enough water to cover the thighs a little

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Hunter chicken legs:

To start, brown the onion a little in the pan in which I put the oil. Then add the garlic, mix a few times (it doesn't have to burn because it will be bitter). Add the paprika, mix, put the tomato paste and the mushrooms and leave for about 1 min. to keep on low heat, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the above composition in an ovenproof dish, arrange the thighs, pour the wine and water to cover the thighs and bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes on medium heat. Serve with a garnish of natural potatoes or puree and green parsley.
