Mushroom salad

  • 1 kg mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • ~ 200 ml oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1 dill connection
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes


Wash the mushrooms, clean them, cut them into small pieces and put them in a pan with a little oil, put the lid on and let them simmer so they leave the water and boil, when the juice has dropped, leave it for a while but not fry, season and set aside to cool. For the mayonnaise we need 2 boiled eggs, namely 2 boiled yolks and 2 raw ones, mix well and add a little oil at the end, add the mustard and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Finely chop the dill and grind the garlic and "beat" it well until you get a paste. Mix everything, namely the mayonnaise, garlic and dill mushrooms.
