I saw them at Adina's and since then they have been following me non-stop :). It's true that it has some wonderful pictures that remain on your retina, so you understand that I was followed by the image of these blueberry pancakes and I had to provide them too.
I made a larger amount than her and I only made slight changes to the recipe, although the basic recipe for pancakes is very trivial.
- 400 gr flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- 4-5 tablespoons blueberries
- Frying oil
- For serving: acacia honey, rose jam
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Blueberry pancakes:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Then add the beaten eggs and gradually the milk using a whisk.
At the end, add the blueberries and mix lightly so that they do not crush.
Heat a frying pan and drip a drop of oil, then with a polish take the composition and put it in the pan and when the holes start to form in the pancake, wean it on the other side and leave for about 1/2 minute.
We take out the pancakes on plates, one on top of the other.
When we serve, we grease the pancakes one by one with honey or jam (I put the rose jam that I adore and I had some dream pancakes)
You can use any type of honey and any jam
