We really like blackberries in combination with fruit. This time I used frozen cherries, but you can use seasonal fruits: cherries, raspberries, strawberries, etc. The recipe is so simple that any beginner will get an absolutely delicious cake.
- 200 g butter
- 200 g chocolate with at least 65% cocoa
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 120 g flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 120 g cherries
- A pinch of salt
- for cream:
- 300 g of cottage cheese
- 80 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g cream
- 2 tablespoons semolina
- vanilla essence
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Black dessert with cherries and cream cheese:
Melt the chocolate on a steam bath, set it aside to reach room temperature. Mix the butter with the ground sugar, vanilla essence and salt until frothy. Add the melted chocolate and then the eggs one by one, stirring constantly. Put the flour and incorporate it lightly into the dough.
Put the cheese and ground sugar, eggs and cream in a bowl and mix until you get a homogeneous composition. Add the semolina and mix gently.
In a tray lined with baking paper put 3 quarters of the chocolate composition, then put half of the cherries drained of juice, then cream cheese and the last layer the difference from the chocolate composition. Distribute the cherries evenly and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Leave it to temper and then in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, so that you can cut it, because it is very tender.

Today we will present you an incredibly simple recipe. Every bite becomes a culinary pleasure. The product can also be found in the window of luxury confectioneries.
Beat the egg whites and gradually add the sugar. Beat until it becomes a hard foam. Combine the ground walnuts with the flour and gradually add them to the egg white composition. Wallpaper a tray of about (21 x 36 cm), spread the composition and bake for about 30 minutes. The oven must be heated to 180 degrees.
Mix the yolks well with the sugar until it becomes a foam. Add the milk and simmer. Thought thickens, remove from heat and add chocolate. Mix well until melted. When it cools down a little, add margarine.
Break the chocolate into pieces and put it together with the oil on steam. Stir until the chocolate melts and bubbles begin to appear.

200 g of plum jam or marmalade
100 g sugar (or depending on how sweet the jam is)
200 ml carbonated mineral water
100 g coarsely ground walnuts
a knife tip of baking soda
2 teaspoons rum essence
For the chocolate icing:
100 g dark chocolate (fasting)
First we preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix the oil with water and jam and depending on taste, add powdered sugar. Sift the flour together with the cocoa, baking powder and baking soda and add them over the ingredients in the bowl.
Homogenize the composition well, then add walnuts, a pinch of salt and essence. Let the composition rest for 10 minutes, in order to activate the baking powder and baking soda, in the acidity of the carbonated mineral water.
Wallpaper a 20/20 tray with baking paper and spread the blackberry composition with jam and nuts in it. Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. For the icing, melt the chocolate in a bain marie, mixed with water, oil and sugar, to taste and spread it immediately over the already cooled blackberry. Sprinkle walnut kernels on top, let the icing harden, then portion and serve the delicious fasting blackberry with jam and nuts, with your loved ones.
Cherry and cheese cake, sour and appetizing
Ingredient: Two sponge cakes with cocoa (bought in installments or made at home)
For the cream: 500 g ricotta cheese, 100 g cream, 50 g mascarpone, 150 g sugar, 3 sachets of vanilla sugar, 1-2 drops of almond essence, 300g pitted cherries
For the syrup: 100 g sugar, 150 ml water, 4 tablespoons rum
For the icing: 200 g coconut
Method of preparation:Preparation of the cream. Mix the cream and sugar for about 2-3 minutes. After all the sugar has melted, add the vanilla sugar, almond essence, ricotta cheese and mascarpone, then mix until all the ingredients are perfectly blended. Divide the cream into two equal parts, and in one of them put the cherries and mix until perfectly blended.
Preparation of the syrup. Boil the sugar with water for about 15 minutes, until the sugar melts, then remove from the heat and pour the rum.
Assembling the cake: Put the first sheet of sponge cake in a tray, syrup it and put a layer of cherry cream on top, then put the two tops, syrup it and put simple cream on top of it. Sprinkle the coconut evenly and let the cake cool for about 2-3 hours then you can portion it. We wish you good appetite and increase your cooking!
Blackberry with cherries and chocolate
- Remove the seeds from the cherries, and drain the cherries in a sieve, squeeze the juice left by the cherries because we use it at the end.
The eggs are mixed with the sugar until they double in volume and become like a cream.
Add the oil in the rain and mix well.
Add the milk, and then the flour little by little mixed with cocoa and baking powder.
Mix with a spoon from the bottom up until the flour is completely incorporated.
The resulting composition is poured into a tray lined with baking paper and over it add the cherries.
Place the tray in the oven at 175 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
When it is ready, let it cool and prepare the chocolate sauce.
Put the juice left by the cherries in a saucepan and heat on the fire.
When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the chocolate and butter.
Mix well until they melt, resulting in a very good sweet and sour sauce.
Cut the blackberry into squares and pour the sauce over it in the pan, taking care that the sauce penetrates between the cuts.
