Chickpea salad

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes


Drain the chickpeas from the can and pass it through a stream of cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion, and the cucumber, bell pepper and diced avocado. We cut the tomatoes in half. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Add salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice, oil and mix gently. Let the salad cool for 10 minutes (if we have patience) before serving.
