Easter dessert with sour cream, no sugar

For this recipe, a homemade dough was needed. For technical reasons, let's say, I didn't, but next time I'll make homemade dough. This time I prepared with the base of digestive biscuits. Start the oven, at 180 degrees C, bake with ventilation. In a bowl, put the ground biscuits, add the melted butter. Mix the breadcrumbs well with the butter until you get a sandy crust. Wallpaper the base of the baking tin with this breadcrumbs, spread evenly. Set aside or put in the oven for a few minutes.

For the filling, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a mixer. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, egg yolks, a pinch of salt, sweetener, lemon peel. Incorporate semolina and sifted flour. In the cream composition, gradually add the egg whites, mixing from the bottom up.

The obtained composition is easily poured over the cookie sheet. Level it nicely and put it in the oven, in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees C, for 70 - 80 minutes, until it browns and smells nice, baked. Turn off the heat, leave it in the oven for a few more minutes, then take it out and leave it to cool. The next day, carefully remove from the form and powder with aromatic sweetener. Serve and serve with your eyes closed! I wholeheartedly recommend you to try this recipe at least once and tell me how you thought Easter!

Me with my recipes, my mother with hers. If he still started cooking without sugar, well, he's cooking better and better.
We enjoy these recipes, although I admit, I did not think there was a better recipe than mine.

The dough has sour cream in the composition, which I would not have thought alone to add and I find it very interesting in taste.
I usually put raw apples, but in this recipe I really like it that way.

What do you need for the dough?

2 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
A butter pack
An envelope of baking soda (which we extinguish in the juice of half a lemon)
A pinch of salt
Flour 300-400 grams

Mix all the ingredients well with the flour it contains until it is a hard crust, thicker than the bread crust. Divide into four equal parts, stretch and bake one at a time at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Apples are prepared beforehand!

We clean the apples, put them on the grater and heat them until they no longer have juice in them.
You can add spices according to your preference: cinnamon, cloves, vanilla. I did not add sugar or honey at all, I just left their flavor. I don't like spices very much either, so I just put a little cinnamon.

When the sheets are cooled, we fill them with apples, which are also cooled.
I don't add powdered sugar or anything on top.

Chicken with sour cream recipe

A new recipe from the recipe cycle with a lot of sour cream. That's right, it's a heavier recipe, given the fact that it also has meat, a little fried and a lot of sour cream, which is why we can't call it an everyday recipe. But, every time we enjoy it, we must have polenta next to it without, it is not possible.


  • 2 chicken legs
  • 6 chicken wings
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 2 onions
  • 0 dill connection
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • a few tablespoons of oil
  • salt pepper

Wash the pieces of meat well, cut the thighs in half and fry the meat in a few tablespoons of oil on one side and on the other until it browns well, season with salt and pepper to taste. If you have a healthy country chicken, it is ideal that the food will have more flavor.

When the meat is fried, take it out on a plate to drain the excess oil.

In the remaining oil, add the two finely chopped onions and heat them.

Add the meat and a cup of water over the hardened onions. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until the meat is completely penetrated. We take the lid and let it boil until the water drops more than half. Over, add the sour cream, mix and add in the rain 2 tablespoons of flour and let it boil for another 4-5 minutes, until the sour cream is easily bound.

Meanwhile, chop a bunch of dill that we add at the end and mix.

As in the case of the recipe for mushroom stew with sour cream, we serve it with hot polenta.

Mmmm, chicken breast with sour cream. X It's a delicious combination, especially for those who avoid ciulama. But I made it with chicken breast pieces, without frying it. Also, no onions. It's more ... dietary and healthier for sick stomachs.

175 gr flour
100 gr butter
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 yolks

600 gr sour cream
4 eggs
2 egg whites
7 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons gray
1 pinch of salt
1 vanilla pod
grated lemon peel

Preparation timee: 40 min. Baking time: 50 min No servings: 12-16

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. We line with butter a round baking form with a diameter of 24 cm.

Mix the flour with the soft butter, sugar and yolks until you get a homogeneous dough. We give the dough a round shape and we put it in the already prepared tray. Press lightly and evenly so as to cover the bottom of the tray well. While we prepare the filling, let the dough cool.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Put flour, semolina, sour cream over the yolks and mix well. Mix well then add the vanilla bean seeds and grated lemon peel.

Beat the egg whites well with a pinch of salt until you get a firm foam. Add the sugar one at a time and continue mixing. Put the meringue thus obtained over the sour cream and mix gently with movements from the bottom up.

After I have homogenized the filling, I pour it over the crust and level it. Bake the pasca for 40-50 minutes on a suitable heat until it swells slightly and browns on the surface.

After turning off the oven, leave it in the oven for another 2 hours to cool gradually. We then put it in the fridge for a few hours. When serving, powder it with sugar and serve it with gusto. It's an Easter treat, enjoy!

Add the cream, lemon peel, but also the vanilla essence, then incorporate the cheese. Mix very well until a homogeneous composition is obtained.

Then add the raisins and flour until incorporated into the composition. Whisk the egg whites until a strong meringue is formed and add it to the composition, stirring gently. It is recommended to pay more attention to this step, so as not to leave the composition.

500 ml sour cream 20% fat
4 eggs
vanilla sugar with vanilla bean core
1 teaspoon grated salt
200 g sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
4 tablespoons filled with flour

From the cake dough is made a sheet to cover the bottom of the tray. From the rolled dough pieces, thin rolls are obtained that are intertwined, forming a "crown" on the edge of the tray.

Put the cheese filling in the form, not to protrude over the crown on the edge. Make two thin rolls of dough and put them on the cross, on top and leave for 10 minutes. Add the raisins on top, grease with egg with a brush and roll and stuffing, press finely cinnamon and bake in a hot oven, but on low to medium heat.

I did the second one, while the first one was baking, in a non-detachable shape this time. Remove when browned and allow to cool well before being removed from the mold.

Then do the same with sour cream. Pay more attention to the cream filling because it is a bit more fluid. Don't be fooled, put more flour in the filling, because it will no longer be fluffy.
