Appetizer salted croissants with cheese

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water, add 100 g of flour, mix and leave for 10 minutes.

In a bowl add the rest of the flour, cheese, oil, salt, sugar, make a deepening, add the mixture with yeast, egg and mix, gradually adding the warm milk.

If necessary, add milk or flour until you get an elastic and non-sticky dough.

Spread the dough in a rectangular sheet and grease with grease, wrap, cover with a towel and let rest for 45 minutes in a cool place.

Ham croissants

croissants whether salty or sweet, they are enjoyed by the whole family. As I had Black Forest ham in the fridge, I thought of making these savory croissants for dinner next to a cup of warm milk. As the weather has cooled outside, we can put it in the work oven.

Mix the dry ingredients and separately in a bowl mix the eggs, oil and milk at room temperature. Mix and obtain a dough. Spread with a rolling pin on a floured table and spread all the butter. Fold in three and refrigerate. After 25-30 minutes, repeat the operation by folding the dough. It is still cold approx. 20 minutes.

Remove the dough and divide it in half so that you can work better. From the first half, stretch a rectangle as wide as the slices of ham and as long as possible. Place the slices of ham next to each other and delimit with a knife.

I have been trying to use it for some time pizza dough ( pizza wheat recipe which I am very happy with and have been using for several years) and for something other than Pizza.

I prepared the pizza dough with small alterations from the basic recipe used and I prepared these Pizza Cornuri. I filled them with Fluffy Cheese with Greenery- Delaco. They are also filled with other cheese variants. Ideas for fillings would be enough, but I leave it to you to choose the filling you want. For now, I came up with this option, I hope you like it. Ingredient Rock Cakes Pizza :

400 g flour
10 g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon grated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml of warm water
75 ml oil
2-3 yolks for the dough

Ingredients for filling Cornuri Pizza :
140 g Fluffy Cheese with Greenery - Delaco
pastrama, ham, ham (thinly sliced)

Pizza Cake Preparation:
The yeast is dissolved in 50 ml of warm water to which we will add the sugar and salt and then pour into the flour. Mix gently and gradually add the rest of the warm water. At the end we add the oil with which we work the dough for 1 minute.

We put the obtained dough to leaven cold in a bag. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a few hours, even overnight or in the freezer for 1 hour.
Divide the resulting dough into 3 equal parts and from each side on the work table sprinkled with a little flour we spread a circle with a diameter of 15-20 cm. Each circle will be anointed with Fluffy Cheese with Greenery- Delaco, sprinkle with diced pastrami cubes (or other variants of sausages you want to use), after which we will cut into 8 equal parts each circle of dough as in the image below.

We will run each part from the outside to the inside of the circle, thus obtaining 8 beautiful Pizza croissants. Place the croissants in a tray lined with baking paper. Grease them on top with egg yolk in which we will put a little salt and then put the tray in the preheated oven. Keep the croissants in the oven until lightly browned on top.
You will get the fluffiest Pizza croissants.
