INGREDIENT:

For starters, I preheated the oven to 200 °. I cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, I added slices of red onion, salt, pepper, sliced ​​olives and oregano.

I poured olive oil and mixed. I put on the bottom of the pot a large slice of tomato, 1 cm thick. I put feta cheese on top of this.

I put the mixed vegetables on the edges, next to the feta, and over the cheese I arranged some onion, tomato, pepper and olive fruits.

I baked the feta with vegetables in the oven for 20 minutes. I took it out of the oven and ate it immediately with bread, but it would go perfectly with bread or Greek pita.

Grating succeeds better with cheese than with telemea (it does not melt much but dries more in the oven).

I knew I had a stew boiled in the fridge (deboned and rolled in plastic wrap) and I wanted to use a few slices of it (and I did well!). Of course, the ham can be replaced with pieces of bacon, kaiser, ribs or smoked bacon. You can also use mushrooms hardened in butter or cheeses with noble mold (Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Stilton etc).

The classic American recipe for these mac and cheese (you can find it here) involves the preparation of a sos Bechamel with cheese (called sos Mornay). I simplified it a bit.

Baked tortellini

Today we offer you a classic recipe for tortellini al forno, with ham and mushrooms, browned with mozzarella and parmesan on top.

  • 300 g tortellini
  • Ham
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100 g butter
  • mushrooms
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Parmesan
  • mozzarella
  • olive oil

Put a pot of water and salt to a boil. When it boils, add tortellini and cook according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and cut the ham into cubes. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Put the butter and onion in a pan on the fire. When the onion has hardened and become translucent, add the ham and mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Leave it on the fire for a few minutes and add a pinch of the water in which they cooked the pasta, to obtain a creamy sauce. Put the drained pasta and mix well.

Grate the mozzarella and parmesan over the pasta, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven, on the au gratin function, for 15 minutes or until the cheeses are browned on top.


TORTELLINI FOUR CHEESE WITH PUI SI SOS ALB

I love pasta. In all their forms: simple, spiral, filled. They are easy to prepare and tasty. True, quite caloric, but from time to time I spoiled myself with something like that. Today I made tortellini with white sauce. A madness & # 8230..worth trying!

Preparation time: Ten minutes

Quantity: about 2-3 servings

Ingredient:

  • fresh tortellini with four cheeses - (approx. 500 g)
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • cream for cooking 200 ml & # 8211 is in the box (I used from Dorna).
  • sunflower oil - a tablespoon
  • pepper
  • salt
  • dried basil or oregano
  • grated parmesan - optional

Method of preparation:

Put a pot of boiling water. When it boils, add salt and tortellini. Bring to the boil according to the instructions on the package. I leave them for about two minutes less to remain slightly "al dente".

Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry it in a tablespoon of oil. After it has browned nicely, add the cream for cooking, salt, pepper and spice (basil or oregano - whichever you prefer), as well as the finely chopped garlic.

Leave it on the fire for another two minutes so that all the flavors penetrate. Add well drained tortellini over the sauce, mix gently and remove from the heat. Serve as such or with grated Parmesan cheese on top.


Pasta with parmesan and garlic sauce

One of the tastiest, quickest and easiest pasta recipes in the world! The ideal meal for those who prefer white sauce to red. It's as fast as you can clap your hands in a single bowl, with ingredients at hand!

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Put the chopped garlic to harden, 1-2 minutes, stirring.
  2. Pour over water / chicken / vegetable soup, milk, butter and pasta (optional: spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat, stirring occasionally until the pasta is done for about 18-20 minutes.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese. If the mixture is too dense, you can add a little more milk until you get the desired consistency.

Serve immediately, after sprinkling some parsley on top. If you want more, you can put extra grated Parmesan cheese on each portion.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

- 200 gr tortellini with mushrooms
- 100 gr of pressed ham
- 300 gr cream
- 50 gr butter
- 1 teaspoon mascarpone
- 100 gr parmesan
- salt
- white pepper


Method of preparation:

Step 1: Boil tortellini in salted water for about 12 minutes. Then drain and leave in the bowl for 2 minutes.

Step 2: Cut the pressed ham into strips and fry in butter for 1 minute.

Step 3: Add the teaspoon of mascarpone and cream. Stir gently until a creamy sauce forms. Then season with salt and white pepper.

Step 4: Add the parmesan and then tortellini to the cream sauce created. Leave on the fire for about a minute. Then the preparation is ready. :)

Place on a plate and sprinkle a teaspoon of Parmesan on top.


When I cooked at Bel Mondo, Ioana Grigore from & # 8220Lumea retetelor & # 8221 prepared some chicken stews with sour cream sauce, a simple and healthy recipe. I transformed it a little, I added an extra Parmesan cheese and here is how in 25 minutes I got a quick and delicious dinner.

INGREDIENT:

500 g boneless and skinless chicken breast
2 eggs
200 g flour
150 g pesmet
100 g parmesan race
200 g sour cream
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper

To start, turn on the oven to heat to 200 ° c. We also prepare a tray, which we cover with baking paper.
We cut the chicken breast into thin and long strips. Season them with salt and pepper, then roll them in flour.

We then pass each strip of meat through beaten eggs, then we roll them in a mixture of breadcrumbs and finely grated Parmesan cheese. We put the pieces of meat directly in the tray in which we will cook them. When we have finished the operation of wallpapering the chicken strips, we put the tray in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until they turn golden.

After 8 minutes we will turn them so that they brown on both sides.

While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the sauce: rub the crushed garlic cloves with olive oil, salt and pepper. When the garlic has turned into a bound paste, put the cream over it and mix to homogenize the composition. We put the sauce in a small bowl.

For an elegant presentation we arrange the chicken stews on a plate around the sauce and serve.

Baked tortellini

I prepared, but a little differently I boiled tortellini until they made blue wine, in a pan I dipped mushrooms in oil, then I added bacon, after 2 minutes I drained the oil, I added sweet cream for cooking and tomato juice, I put tender.
