I recommend to be consumed with expanded rice instead of bread (for those who keep the diet, or not necessarily) ... And two pretzels with cumin + a cup of tea.

  • 1kg of nettles;
  • 2 heads of garlic;
  • 2 medium onions;
  • mashed tomatoes.
  • sea ​​salt (sea salt).

RECIPE PREPARATION Nettles with garlic:

Wash the nettles very well to remove sand and other impurities.

Separately put the boiling water in a fairly large and deep pot. Add the nettles and let them boil well over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes.

Put the cooked nettles in the food processor and add the garlic cut in half, chop them well and add a little sea salt to taste.

In the meantime, put the 2 onions in a small pot (be careful not to use a frying pan because the composition is scattered or burned), until the onion becomes slightly browned, then add 3-4 tablespoons of mashed tomatoes until it becomes a sauce with onions.

Mix in a bowl the sauce obtained with nettles.

Attention !!!!! Do not throw away the nettle juice, it is very beneficial for the body and blood circulation, it can be consumed daily until exhaustion one cup on an empty stomach and with a little added salt.

If you want the nettles not to have such a well-cohesive consistency, you can add a little juice of your own to make them much more fluid.
