In a little oil I fried the slices of salami on both sides, then I took it out on a paper napkin. In the same oil I fried the diced potatoes. In a bowl I beat the eggs, along with a little salt and pepper.
In a yena bowl I put the french fries, then the slices of fried salami, beaten eggs and diced telemeau. I put the pot in the oven at the right heat for 20 minutes. After that period I put the grated cheese, and left it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
We served it with an assorted summer salad.
A treat !! Although quite caloric, from time to time it is worth preparing as it is still very good !!
Appetizers with chorizo salami and potatoes
Peel the potatoes, cut into 24 slices and fry in 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan for approx. 20 minutes, on low heat, until crispy. They come back from time to time. Season with salt and pepper. In the last two minutes of frying, mix with sliced garlic cloves and thyme. The olives are drained.
The chorizo salami is cleaned and cut into 24 slices. Fry briefly in the remaining hot oil over low heat. Pour the red wine (carefully, it can jump), cover the pan, and for 2 minutes, fry the salami on each side.
Appetizers are formed from a slice of potato, a slice of chorizo and an olive. They are even tastier if served with the rest of the red wine. Take advantage!

Stew with potatoes and chorizo sausages
with our classic sausage potato stew, which I really like.
The novelty is the aroma given by chorizo and smoked paprika.
1 teaspoon chilli sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 can of Sun Food tomatoes
& ndash quantities for about 3 servings & ndash
I used peeled tomatoes from Sun Food & ndash canned 100% healthy, without additives or preservatives,
which I always have at hand.
Cut the chorizo sausages into slices and fry them together with 2-3 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes,
then add chopped onion scales, sliced carrots, salt and leave on the fire covered,
about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the diced potatoes (as for the stew) and about 200 ml of hot water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Then add the tomatoes (cut into cubes, cut them if they are whole canned), smoked paprika, pepper, chilli sauce and crushed garlic.
Let them all befriend for another 15 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
Put salt water in a pot on the fire and let it boil. When it boils, add the chopped potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, until you can penetrate with a fork, but without breaking. Take them off the heat and strain them. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Next, put the oil in a pan on the fire and leave it to heat until it heats up. Add the finely chopped onion and let it harden, stirring gently. Then add the eggs, potatoes, ham, salt and pepper. Keep the mixture on the fire until the eggs are fried at the base, ie about 5 minutes. Add the grated cheese on top. Now put the pan in the oven and keep it in the oven until the cheese melts and the eggs are fried completely, ie for a maximum of 10 minutes.
Quick lunch with Chorizo and potatoes
A quick dish that you can take in the lunch package from work.
Boil the well-washed potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until soft.
At the same time, boil the eggs (for 7 minutes) and cut the Chorizo sausage into small pieces that you can fry in a non-stick pan, without oil, until well browned.
Boil the boiled potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add the sausage pieces, sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chives. Stir and before serving, slice boiled eggs and place them on top of the potato and sausage salad.
