Vegetable salad with chicken and marinated cheese

Carrots, celery, parsnips and chicken breast are boiled (for soup) in salted water.

When they are ready, take them out on a plate.

Parsley, celery and carrots are cut into cubes, as well as chicken breast.

We cut the cucumbers into thin slices, as well as the red onions.

Mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper, a little lemon juice, olives and pieces of marinated telemea.

Add the spices to taste, olive oil and lemon juice.

Garnish with pieces of cheese and olives.
