Nectarine cake

Let's start with nectarines. Wash, cut into slices, put in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and cover.

Dough: whole eggs mix well with sugar, vanilla sugar until they increase in volume, add oil to the wire, continue mixing. Add flour mixed with baking powder in the rain. Mix with the mixer.

Assembly: grease a rectangular tray with butter and line it with baking paper. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of sugar on the baking paper, add the sliced ​​nectarines and over them add the rest of the sugar (another 2-3 tablespoons). We put a little cinnamon. Over these we pour the dough prepared above. Place the dough well in the pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. at the right fire. We try the dough with the toothpick to see how baked it is.

When it is ready, take it out and let it cool. Keep in the pan for a few hours, remove, portion and powder. Good appetite!
