We don't leave too much on the fire, just a few minutes. Grease a pan with the rest of the butter and place the potatoes, sprinkle a little salt, then place the vegetables. Sprinkle ground pepper and rosemary over them, then cover with kaizer and onion, tomato slices and put the grated cheese on top. Beat the eggs with sour cream and spread them in the tray over the cheese blanket.

I kept sitting and thinking about what recipe to participate in and in the end I said that nothing is better and healthier than the salmon fillet with red pepper and lemon, one of my children's favorite dishes.
I was more than honored and happy to find out that after this contest I won the Philips jury prize, and that's how I became the happy owner of a Philips Airfryer.
The first thing that pleasantly surprised me was the design, Philips Airfryer easily finds its place in the kitchen and elegantly surprises those who cross its threshold!
Beyond the appearance, the performance of this device amazed me in a very pleasant way. The first recipe I decided to try is an extremely simple one, available to anyone, namely chicken and french fries.
Like any children, Alexandra and Stefan love crispy meat, fried in an oil bath, but also french fries. Like any parent, the excess of frying scares me and I avoid pampering them too often with such goodies. Well, Philips Airfryer comes to the aid of parents who want to satisfy the child's pleasures but also to feed him in a healthy way, but also to help those who care about the figure, or those who are forced to diet for various reasons.
I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of this device, it even exceeded my expectations. Both the copanels and the potatoes did not differ at all from those fried in an oil bath: the meat was crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside, and the golden potatoes, crispy, delicious. And this with only 3 tablespoons of powdered oil on their entire surface!
