Ghendermas - potatoes with pasta - fasting

It's a food of my childhood. It is a food of Hungarian origin, I may not know the correct name, that's how I remembered it. It was done by the mother-grandmother on the father's side. In the house in the village of Salajan, the mother spread a blanket without an egg, leaving it thicker. She tore pieces of it that let them bathe in the pot that was boiling on the ploaptar [hob]. Then mix these drained sprouts with mashed potatoes [with onions]. A few pickles filled the feast. Nowadays, in the so-called modern times, I prepare this food with durum wheat pasta.
