Sweet tart with cheese and raisins

Remove the puff pastry from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.

We soak the raisins in a little warm water.

We put the cheese in a bowl and mix it with the sugar. I didn't put any amount of sugar, I leave it to everyone's preference :), we add vanilla sugar.

We take the raisins out of the water and squeeze them out of the water.

Mix with cheese. Add 2 eggs.

Spread the puff pastry dough and leave it with the baking paper in a tart shape (diameter 24).

Put the cheese evenly over the puff pastry.

In a bowl, mix the cream with the sugar and 2 yolks.

Pour over the cheese. Put some chocolate on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° and put the tart for about 30-40 minutes, or until browned.
