RECIPE PREPARATION Hot chocolate:

1. Start by preparing the ganaj which will later become the basis for hot chocolate. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a bowl.

100g dark chocolate

No need to buy hot chocolate from the store. You can make the best and healthiest hot chocolate yourself, and it's still very simple! Hot chocolate is the perfect drink for cold winter evenings or whenever you want a delicious dessert that will keep you warm.

It is very easy to prepare at home, from natural ingredients, and you can opt for different flavors, from very sweet to bitter, with alcohol or hot, with cinnamon or fruit flavor.

What do you need

Basic ingredients: milk and chocolate. In addition to these, depending on the recipe, you can also have cocoa powder, sugar or other sweetener, cinnamon and other flavors (vanilla, rum, hot peppers, nutmeg, etc.).

Estimated quantities: for 4 servings, you need 200 g dark chocolate and 800 ml milk.

How to make hot chocolate

The simplest recipe: Bring the milk and sugar to a boil and add the chocolate plus the rest of the ingredients as soon as the milk starts to boil, stirring constantly with a whisk until a thick foam forms on the surface. Dark chocolate, on the other hand, you can adapt to your taste by adding more milk or sugar to make it sweeter. If you use cocoa powder, the hot chocolate will be thin and sandy in texture.

Variants of sweeteners instead of white sugar: brown sugar, honey, maple syrup. Do not use too much from the beginning, it is better to put less and adjust the taste along the way, than to wake up with a drink that is too sweet.

  • 40 ml. - natural coffee

  1. To prepare Hot chocolate with orange and cinnamon pour the milk into a saucepan, add the chocolate, orange peels, a cinnamon stick, sugar and since the milk reaches the boiling point mix everything with a whisk until the chocolate is completely melted and the sugar.
