Strawberry milkshake

Strawberry milkshake

  • 800 g strawberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 large cups of milk

Put the fruit in a blender and then add the milk and honey.

Rinse all fruits thoroughly, remove strawberry stalks and watermelon seeds. Put all the fruit in a tall container, add the lemon juice, a few ice cubes and a small bunch of mint leaves.

Mix until you get a floury composition. If the puree looks too sour, add 1 tablespoon of xylitol or honey, stir again.

Serve with fresh mint leaves.

Good to know!

Homogenization can also be served as the light of a hot day cocktail. Just add a glass of white wine. Enjoy.

    Boil on low heat for many hours. There is no point in telling you an exact number because it depends on how strong the strawberries are, how fast they boil, etc. Mine boiled for about 6 hours over medium heat. The important thing is that a sign that I am ready to boil is the fact that I no longer make foam. Do not pour the jam into jars, if it has foam on top, because it is sugary, it looks ugly.

    After the jam is boiled, prepare the jars, respectively wash them all, wipe them well and sterilize them in the oven for a few minutes. The jars must be warm when you pour the jam into them.

    Pour the jam into each jar, screw the lid on and prepare the & # 8220dunstul & # 8221 dry. The dry dunst is much less complicated than the wet one and I consider it more efficient.

    For dunst, a blanket is spread on the floor, on which the jars are placed, placed in the plastic bag. Twist the bag so that it does not pass over the lid of the jar, because the jam may be damaged due to condensation.

    For 2 large glasses of milshake with bananas and cereals we need:

    Put the sugar, water and vanilla essence on the fire until the sugar dissolves. After it has cooled, add the lemon juice.

    Add the lemon juice, then make up to 200 ml with water.

    Add the sugar and put on the fire. Leave it on the fire until it starts to boil.
