  • 300 g chicken liver
  • 100 g canned sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons broth paste with basil and onion
  • 1 onion
  • 2 more healthy garlic cloves
  • salt pepper
  • green parsley

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken liver with mushrooms:

The livers are washed very well and cleaned nicely.

Finely chop the onion, grate it and fry it lightly in olive oil. Add the mushrooms and livers, leave for about 2-3 minutes to harden and cover with water to pass over the livers. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Then put the tomato paste, a little salt and pepper and let it boil for another 5-7 minutes. At the end I made a mayonnaise with a teaspoon of starch because it seemed like a lot of juice and I like it to be thicker, like a sauce. Add green parsley and ready.

I served it with puree. Very buuuun !!!!


For polenta: water, salt and corn flour.

Heat the oil in a pan, then add the livers.

We put a lid on it and let it simmer.

After that, we turn them carefully on the other side.

Let them boil for another 5 minutes under the lid in their own juice.

Let the juice drop and add the parsley.

Separately, boil the salted water when it starts to boil, add the corn flour in the rain and mix continuously.

Mushrooms stuffed with liver

Didn't you miss the liver recipes? What about mushroom recipes? I love both of them, so I combined them into a pretty interesting recipe, I say: mushrooms stuffed with liver and au gratin. If chicken livers are not your favorite, I say this because I know that not everyone has them at heart, you can replace them with chicken breast or boneless thighs. Let's cook, I say!

Ingredient:
& # 8211 6-7 large mushrooms (from the grill)
& # 8211 500g chicken liver
& # 8211 a green onion tie
& # 8211 a bell pepper
& # 8211 3 tablespoons sour cream
& # 8211 150g bellows cheese
& # 8211 150g grated cheese
& # 8211 5 tablespoons olive oil
& # 8211 salt, pepper, chicken spice mix

I started with the livers, which I washed well, cleaned, then I mixed them with olive oil, salt, pepper and spices for chicken (we put all these to taste), after which I shot them fry until nicely browned, 8-10 minutes over medium heat. Then I let them cool a bit and cut them into small pieces.

I then hardened in a little olive oil finely chopped green onions (with leaves) and bell peppers, then I mixed them with diced livers, bellows cheese and sour cream. Fill the mushrooms, put a slice of cheese and put them in the oven heated to 180 degrees, 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. For extra flavor, you can sprinkle the mushrooms with olive oil and lightly season them before filling them with salt and pepper or herbs.

After they were cooked well and cooked nicely, these are the mushrooms filled with liver that we enjoyed on the weekend and we served them with a chicken salad with yogurt dressing.


Tochitura of liver with mushrooms

Tochitura of liver with mushrooms is a simple peasant recipe and delicious, a mixture of liver and / or poultry (pork, beef), with mushrooms, bell peppers and plenty of garlic. Served with polenta and a seasonal salad, or with fresh bread, to gather with a fluffy core, all that fragrant sauce !!

How to make the recipe for Tochitura of liver with mushrooms:

  1. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. If you find the iron bag (green liquid). carefully cut around and remove. If it breaks, or if it is already broken (the liver is green), it is better to throw away that piece of liver. It also happens to commercial liver and instead of spoiling all the food, which will be extremely bitter, it is better to throw away only 1 piece of liver.

2. Mushrooms

Cut the stalk with earth and wash the mushrooms very well, with a stream of water, to remove any traces of soil or sand. If they are small, leave the mushrooms whole, if they are bigger, cut them into 2-4, as you wish. You can use any kind of mushrooms, fresh, frozen or preserved. I had small brown champignons mushrooms, so I left them whole.

3. Put the lard in a saucepan (I used goose fat) and let it heat up, then add the well drained mushrooms, livers, hot peppers and finely sliced ​​bell peppers. Now sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme, mix lightly and cover with a lid. Leave it on the right sea. From time to time shake the pan lightly, about every 5 minutes.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
