Green bean salad with chicken

A green bean salad with smoked chicken, vegetables and greens is an ideal choice for dinner or lunch, it's quick and it's very tasty!

  • 1 large jar (800 g) of green beans,
  • 2 smoked chicken breasts (smoked chicken breast also works),
  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 lemon,
  • green parsley,
  • olive oil,
  • salt,
  • pepper,
  • a few flax or sesame seeds.

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Green bean salad with chicken:

I put the green beans in a sieve and left it until the liquid drained.

Meanwhile, I cut the chicken, the pepper, the onion, I grated the carrots.

I chopped the parsley and squeezed the juice from 1/2 lemon.

In a bowl I put the beans and the rest of the ingredients, I added the parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.

I mixed a few times, added flax seeds then put in smaller bowls and served.
