In a bowl, mix the oat bran + wheat bran + 1 tablespoon pudding + powdered milk + sweetener + yeast.
Put the milk and the egg and, with the tele, mix. Leave it aside for 15 minutes so that the yeast can act with the bran.
Meanwhile, prepare the cheese.
Put the cheese + eggs + essences + lemon peel in the blender container and mix well, well with the blender.
If you do not have Dairy cheese, you must insist with the blender until you get a fine cream, because the Bulgarian cheese does not work well.
Form the fake cheeses into muffin tins, put a tablespoon of the dough in each muffin tin.
Put a tablespoon of cheese filling on top of the dough (divide the filling to reach each shape).
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
The cheeses are kept in the oven for ~ 30 minutes or, depending on each oven, until the cheese composition hardens a little.
While the cheeses are cooling, heat the dietary jam in the microwave.
Put the jam on top for extra flavor.
