leave to cool, meanwhile choose the cabbage leaves

take a pot on the bottom of which put dill and thyme sticks, cover with cabbage leaves

the sarmalutes are formed, they are placed in the pot, we add bay leaves but also tomato juice or broth, they are covered with chopped cabbage, and the water is boiled over a low heat
