- 240 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter at room temperature
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 250 g mascarpone
- 3 tablespoons whipped cream
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar or powdered sugar
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Mini muffins:
Melt the butter. Let the butter cool a little. Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. We add eggs. I mix after each egg. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix. We do this until we finish the flour. Put the mini baking papers in a muffin tray. We put 1 teaspoon and a half of dough. Put the tray in the preheated oven and leave at medium temperature for 15-20 minutes. The first time I wanted to use milk but along the way I didn't put any more.
Mix mascarpone cream with 3 tablespoons of whipped cream and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar. I also put chocolate drops. Leave the cream in the fridge until the muffins cool and then decorate them. I didn't have enough cream for all the muffins. I also used whipped cream for garnish. If you want to decorate all the muffins with mascarpone cream, use 500 gr of mascarpone.
I think you'll realize that I like reinterpretations of recipes. That's how I am, I always imagined reinterpretations of clothes, interiors, objects of all kinds and look, it's time for food recipes. If possible, why not ?! And, yes, in the case of this recipe it is possible, I tested it!
