  6. In a large skillet, heat oil to 180 & degC. Put the croquettes in it and fry them until golden, about 3 minutes.

Hello. I didn't get the wet mixture .. psyllium was just like a jelly .. I had to put more water to make it more liquid but in the end it still thickens .. I don't understand why ..
