RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer pancakes with ham and cheese:

For starters, we put the cheese through the grater with large mesh, we cut the ham into small cubes. We put the egg in a bowl and mix it well with a pinch of salt. Add milk and flour and mix the composition. Add the cheese and ham and incorporate them with a spatula. The composition must be homogeneous.

In a frying pan, put a little oil like pancakes, heat it and put a polish of the composition. Bake on both sides, over low heat.

Then spread a rectangle or square, place the slices of pressed ham and cut the dough according to their size. We roll them and place them in a tray covered with baking paper.

Let them rise for about half an hour, grease them with beaten egg and sprinkle with flax seeds and large salt.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C (preheated oven) until nicely browned on top. They are wonderful, good appetite!

4. Take it out of the tray, peel off the paper and let it cool. Cut it into slices and serve.

200 ml of milk
2 eggs
100 g mascarpone
200 g flour
1 teaspoon grated baking powder
30 g butter
1 small zucchini (160g)
70 g of lean ham
1 nutmeg powder
frying oil

Peel a squash, grate it and sauté it for 30 minutes. Mix 2 eggs with mascarpone and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Add flour and baking powder and mix the composition, then let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Put the ham and zucchini in the pancake batter and mix.

Heat the pan, put enough oil to be slightly greased, then take a small Polish dough with zucchini and ham and bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. As long as we bake the next ones, we keep the pancakes already prepared in the oven heated to the lowest temperature.
We serve them immediately.
