I would always eat stuffed peppers, I would never get tired and I would never get bored of them, when I last did it I didn't have time for pictures so it was their turn :)
- 10 suitable peppers (I had smaller not large ones)
- 1 large carrot
- 2 large onions
- 1 dill bunch
- 1 kg minced meat mixture (pork with pork)
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 cup rice
- 400 ml broth with chopped tomatoes
- a little flour
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed peppers:
I washed and cleaned the peppers on the lid and seeds.
I prepared the filling as follows: I cleaned the onion and the carrot, I cut the onion into small pieces and I put the carrot on the large grater and I hardened them in a pan with oil. added the broth.
This composition is put over the meat, I seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme, dill and then I filled the peppers with this composition. I sprinkled each pepper with flour and I placed them in a pot then I covered them with water and I gave them in the oven.
In the end I tried the pepper and the composition to see if it was boiled.
Serve with sour cream.
