Egg salad with capers

I had a big craving for stuffed eggs, but over time I opted for this easy-to-prepare salad. We really liked the combination.

  • 8 eggs
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon drained capers
  • 4-5 pickles
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt pepper
  • chopped green dill

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Egg salad with capers:

Boil hard-boiled eggs, then clean them and cut them into pieces. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces and place them over the cut eggs. Add the drained capers.

Separately mix the yogurt with mayonnaise and mustard and add them over the eggs. Mix lightly and at the end add the crushed garlic and finely chopped dill. Add salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve
