RECIPE PREPARATION Pangasius bread fillets:

The pangasius fillet is portioned, seasoned and sprinkled with a little lemon. Beat the egg with a fork. The fish is passed first through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the breadcrumbs. Put on the fire in a pan with hot oil. Leave until it penetrates and catches the crust. Serve hot with a salad. Good appetite!
