And that's how Babi will tell you how she makes mayonnaise. I'm sure you all know, but an extra recipe doesn't hurt ..two beats spoil .. hi, hi,

  • 300 ml oil
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (I used horseradish)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mayonnaise:

I boiled two eggs, then kept them in cold water and peeled them.

The yolk is given through the small grater (I put it whole and I passed it because I hurried).

I separated the other two, yolks and mixed them with the boiled ones, with a little salt, with a wooden spoon, adding the oil little by little.

When the composition starts to become quite solid, add a tablespoon of mustard and lemon juice and mix well until you finish the oil. (You can add more oil if you want a larger amount of mayonnaise)

Suitable salt and mayonnaise can be used.
