It's too simple ...
- 400 ml of whipped cream
- 50 g of sugar
- core from a Barton of vanilla or vanilla sugar
- 3 sheets of gelatin
- fruit to taste
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Panna cotta:
Boil whipped cream with sugar and vanilla, add gelatin and mix until it melts and blends everything. We moisten some shapes or cups, we pour the composition, we let it harden. when we want to serve, in about 2-3 hours, we introduce the forms in hot water, so that the cream of the walls comes off more easily, we turn it over on plates and decorate with strawberry puree or whole berries.
