Avocado baked eggs in avocado

If you want a healthy and delicious breakfast, with a little work this is ideal. All you need is a well-baked avocado, a little bigger, eggs and your favorite spices.

  • 2 larger well-ripened avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • ground red pepper
  • dried oregano

RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer baked avocado eggs:

Wash the avocado and cut it in half lengthwise. We take out the seeds. Place the avocado halves in a heat-resistant dish.

Break the eggs one by one and place each egg in half an egg. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano on top.

Put the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set. Serve eggs immediately, preferably with toast.
