Pureed lamb

Honey steak: We rinse the meat very well under a stream of cold water (I took meat from the butcher shop ready for roasting). Season the meat very well with salt, pepper, oregano, vegeta, chilli. Grease a pan with oil, put the meat, add half a cup of water, put on medium heat, leave until the meat is well done

Rinse the potatoes well, peel them, cut them into 4. Take a pot, put the potatoes, add water, bring to a boil and leave until they are ready.

When the potatoes have boiled, drain the water, crush the potatoes well, add spices (according to everyone's taste), then add the butter and mix well.
