Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins for 45-60 minutes until the fork enters them, then drain the water and leave to cool. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes.

Cut the pepper into strips, sliced ​​cucumbers, sliced ​​olives and sliced ​​onions; mix all the vegetables. From the water, salt, pepper and vinegar, a dressing is made that is poured over the vegetables. Stir carefully so that it does not crumble. It's cold.
