  • -1 large onion (200 g)
  • -2 tablespoons oil
  • -1 tablespoon butter
  • -300 g of sour cream
  • -1 teaspoon salt

The pods are chosen by the tails and washed. They can be left whole, if they are smaller, or they can be cut. I prefer to cut them into pieces of about 5-6 cm. Peel an onion, wash it and cut it into small pieces, then put it on the fire together with the butter and oil. Leave on high heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes, then add the pods.

Sprinkle salt on top, add 100 ml of water and put the lid on, let it simmer. The pods leave their water and will simmer. From time to time it is checked if there is still water and if the pods have softened. It should be ready in about 15-20 minutes. Add sour cream, garlic and pepper. I use pepper and dried hot peppers, which I grind when I cook. The aroma is much more intense. You can also add a drop of nutmeg if you want, but very little, so as not to influence the taste.

Bring to the boil, then taste and adjust the taste of salt and pepper. Extinguish the fire and leave it covered with the lid. Now clean, wash and cut the greens, add 5-10 minutes after the fire has stopped.

Why add greens at the end and not boil?

Because during cooking some of the vitamins are destroyed, and the greens added at the end will bring more vitamins to the food.

800 gr yellow pasta
8 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
salt
1/4 bunch of parsley
2 dill wires (optional)
4 tablespoons oil

  2. In the hot oil add 6 cloves of crushed garlic and cook quickly. Then add the pods and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Cover the pods with 2 cups of water, add the finely chopped spices and greens. Put the lid on and cook over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes. Check that they are cooked after this time and if they are not ready, leave them to boil with a lid.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cloves of crushed garlic and cook for another 5 minutes without the lid, to remove the sauce from the pods.
  5. Serve simply with toast or as a side dish.

Recipe of bean meal with chicken is a delicious, simple seasonal recipe.

At one point we had our own farm with over 200 chickens, 40 turkeys and about 10 rabbits. It was quite difficult and we would probably have continued if it had been closer to home.

Country chicken has more tender meat, but in an industry where most food is genetically modified or grown with chemicals, I prefer that natural, healthy taste.

And my chicken, cut at 3 months, does not have too much meat, it is exactly as it should be.

INGREDIENT:

3 cloves of garlic given through the press

2 l boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt

We start to prepare the bean meal with chicken and frying the meat in a large pan.

Let the pieces of meat be fried on both sides, until lightly browned, then take them out and leave them on a plate until they return to the cooking process.

Bean pods cleaned of tails and tips, washed and broken into medium-sized pieces are scalded in salted water. I leave them in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then take them out and drain them.

In the pan in which I cooked the chicken, cook the chopped onion and the sliced ​​carrot. If a lot of oil has been used to fry the chicken, it will drain and remain a little on the bottom of the pan.

When the onion becomes glassy and the carrot slices are sufficiently penetrated by the oil, remove from the heat and add the thick tomato sauce. I can mix it here or in the pot, with the pods, meat and the rest, but it is better in the pan.

I left it unmixed just to highlight the crushed garlic in the next picture.

I move the pieces of meat, the pods, the carrot onion, I add clear chicken soup, peppercorns, bay leaf, crushed garlic and a little salt in a pot. I put in the pot the rest of the oil in which the chicken and onion were fried.

You will put enough soup to cover the food. You can also use water or fill the soup with water. Put the lid on so that it is ajar and simmer for about 15 minutes from the moment it starts to boil.

After this time I tasted and added a little more salt.

I stopped the fire and sprinkled the finely chopped green parsley.

I ate with appetite immediately, while the food was hot, which I wish you too.

3. Take the lid off the pan and when the sauce has reached the consistency we want, add salt to taste to the food, add the sliced ​​garlic cloves and chopped green dill.

A few notes on the recipe & # 8230

I know the recipe for this from my mother. It's just that my mother didn't do it that way, she leaves it simple, without sauce, without flour. The version with the flour sauce I tested at my mother-in-law's and I liked it a bit more, so this remained the final version. I made the fasting food. Which is why I mixed the flour with a little broth. If there is no fasting, I put a small can of milk, with which I mix the flour.

Put the crushed garlic at the end, after I put out the fire. This way he doesn't get to cook and gives an excellent final flavor. Yellow Beans Pasta with Pork

I took out of the bag the chopped onion, the peeled tomatoes, the sliced ​​carrot and parsley root, the chopped pepper and I placed them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, as frozen as they were. I started the fire and simmered for 2-3 minutes, then I added the pieces of meat and I still simmered (I added a little water, just enough to cover the meat a little).

After about 5 minutes I added the frozen beans and water (chicken / vegetable / beef soup) and let it boil. Meanwhile, I cut the bacon slices into small pieces and fried them, I added the bacon over the beans (no lard left), then I seasoned them with salt and pepper.

The water in the pan is only 2 fingers above the beans. If the water decreases, add a little more so that this bean doesn't come out like a soup. For taste, whoever wants can add a little garlic towards the end of cooking.

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and close the eye of the stove. Serve with sour cream.
