8. After a while, melt the remaining butter and start kneading the dough. Gradually add the butter and continue kneading until you get a soft and airy dough.
9. Preheat the oven to 50 degrees. Put a saucepan with a little water in the oven.
10. Put the dough in a saucepan and cover. Turn off the oven and place the dough in the oven for 30 minutes.
11. After the dough has doubled in size, remove from the oven.
12. Take the dough out of the oven and divide it into 2 and then each piece into 3, 4 or 5 (depending on how many braids you want)
