Dessert croissants with nutella

My little girl made these croissants herself. The easiest recipe.

  • 1 packet of sweet frozen puff pastry dough
  • nutella chocolate cream
  • 1 yolk
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Servings: 15

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert croissants with nutella:

Spread the thawed dough.

Cut the dough into triangles and put a bean of nutella chocolate cream on each triangle.

We roll the triangles from the base to the top. We place the croissants formed in the tray in which we put baking paper.

Mix the yolk with 2 tablespoons of milk and with the help of a brush grease each croissant.

Put the tray in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.

We serve them simple or slightly powdered.



The Oktoberfest beer festival began in Munich

The 185th edition of the Oktoberfest beer festival opened on Saturday in Munich. In addition to astronomical beer prices, the event also enjoys a new concept of maintaining security, according to Deutsche Welle.

The mayor of Munich, Dieter Reiter (SPD), started the beer keg, thus inaugurating the biggest beer festival in the world: Oktoberfest (September 22-October 7).

The local authorities also presented the security concept valid during the 16 days of the festival. In addition to a fence around the grounds on which the tents are located, entrance controls and police officers with cameras attached to their uniforms, law enforcement also opted for video surveillance.
