Pizza Calzone

The dough is prepared as in my recipe "Classic pizza dough".

Take a piece of dough and spread it on the floured table as thin and round as possible.

Grease with tomato pulp and sprinkle oregano and pepper on the entire surface leaving a 2 cm edge around it.

Grate a little cheese over the tomato pulp.

On half of the greased surface put chopped onion, slices of bacon and cheese, sausage pieces, finely chopped pepper, slices of tomatoes, slices of dried raw bacon, large grated cheese and olives. The order is random.

Overlap the unfilled dough with half the ingredients and glue the edges well and even roll well so that the ingredients do not come out.

Put it in a pan greased with oil, grease it with water and put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove and grease with the tomato pulp on top.

When it is nicely browned, it is ready.

Let it rest for a few minutes and serve.
