If it's a holiday, I put Maricica to work. Put water, sifted flour, salt, sugar, oil and yeast in the bread machine container (Attention! Keep this order if you want the dough to rise !!!) The kneading and leavening machine is programmed, which lasts 90 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the sausages, cheese and mushrooms. Prepare the trays by lining them with parchment paper. After the dough has risen, place it on the work surface sprinkled with flour and give it a round pizza shape, larger than the shape by about 2 cm. Place in trays and start assembling the pizza.

Attention, first spread the Panacris ketchup (see recipe here //retete/ketchup-panacris-35346.html), then put a layer of cheese, sprinkle oregano, again ketchup, then mushrooms and bacon. Now the novelty intervenes, on the edge of the pizza, the core of milk and the pieces of sausages are interspersed. Cover them with the dough left outside the tray, pressing lightly to glue the edges. Then add ketchup again, sprinkle with oregano to taste and finally julienne cheese. Put the pizzas in the preheated oven, leave them in the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Good appetite!
