Wash the vegetables, cut the tomatoes into cubes as well as the potatoes and onions. Cut the carrot into rounds. Put the onion in 2-3 tablespoons of oil and a tablespoon of water and salt, then add the tomatoes, potatoes and carrots. Put it over the water (as much as you think is appropriate). When it starts to boil, add a cube of knorr and let it boil until the vegetables are ready. At the end, beat the egg in a bowl and add 200 ml of soup over it.
