Easter dessert with sweet cheese

After it has risen enough, the cake dough is spread in a thin sheet in the Easter tray. Whoever wants, can use French dough, if he can't stand the leavened dough. Pour the following composition over the sheet:

Mix the sweet cheese very well (possibly pass through a sieve) with the cream, whole eggs, sugar, vanilla, lemon peel, flour (being careful not to make lumps) and add the raisins.

After pouring the composition into the tray, arrange the dough roll around and garnish with raisins, in the shape of a cross.

Bake for 45 minutes on the right heat. After the dough has risen, remove the dough from the oven and grease with beaten egg yolk to give the dough a nice look, then leave it in the oven until it bakes.
