Chicken fingers with sesame

SUSAN SEEDS. ("sesame" is the name of sesame in Arabic) contain vitamins A, B, C, E.
They strengthen and cleanse the body. Sesame seeds are a good source of selenium, magnesium and phosphorus, having a low content of cholesterol and sodium. Both sesame seeds and sesame seed oil are used (a peculiarity of sesame oil is the presence of sesame, a lignin with a favorable action that lowers the absorption of cholesterol in the intestine and partially inhibits the synthesis of cholesterol in the liver.) Sesame seeds contain a lot a lot of calcium. Among other things, vegetarians supplement their calcium intake by consuming sesame seeds.

  • 1 chicken breast;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 5 tablespoons sesame;
  • 5 tablespoons black wheat flour;
  • spices: pepper, dried pepper, curry, salt;
  • frying oil;

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken fingers with sesame:

Cut the chicken breast into long strips (as long as possible and thin..my ones came out a bit stubborn;)). Beat eggs and add spices and mix flour with sesame separately. Fry in hot oil: roll once in the egg, once in the sesame flour. Fry on both sides (not too much but just enough to make the chicken breast, because the sesame then tends to brown and lose its properties). They are then removed on a napkin to absorb all the oil. Serve with salad.
