- 50 ml of oil and 300 gr of dark chocolate (for the icing)
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the warm milk with the yeast and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla essence and grated lemon peel then mix for 60 seconds. After mixing, add butter, salt and sour cream. For 2 minutes mix at medium speed, adding all the flour, gradually.
After the dough is ready, turn it over on the work table and sprinkle it with flour on both sides. Divide into 4 parts, and we will give each part of the dough the shape of a ball.
Grease a tray with grease and line it with baking paper that we grease with butter. We will put each part of the dough on a baking sheet the size of a tray.

This plum and cream cake is a simple and tasty rustic dessert. A dessert that our grandmothers pampered us with in the last weeks of the summer holidays, when the plums were in high season. The sweet and sour taste of the brumera plums combines perfectly with the fine layer of cream that is placed over the syrupy plums.
Imagine a piece of lukewarm cake soaked in the juice of ripe plums and a cream that melts in your mouth.
300 g flour
225 g of powdered sugar
100 g butter or oil
a pinch of salt
1 kg of plums
100 g sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
How to prepare
Wash the plums well, cut them in half lengthwise and then clean the seeds. Sprinkle 100 g of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon over the plums and mix gently until the sugar wraps the plums evenly. The plums are set aside.
Grease the pan in which the cake is baked and grease it with flour.

Today's recipe, however, is Greta Garbo cake I did it guided by the one in Silvia Jurcovan's book that explains very well how to make the cake. I only had a few directions and a list of ingredients in my aunt's notebook. It is not identical with Silvia Jurcovan's recipe. I made some changes, not many, and adapted a little.
